This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty applicable to the Helmet Cover. Omidais, LLC expressly disclaims any other express warranty. Omidais, LLC expressly limits its liability in the event of a Product defect to repair, replacement, refund, or credit in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty, and excludes liability for incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall recovery of any kind against Omidais, LLC be greater in amount than the purchase price of the Product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT. NO IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLIES TO THE PRODUCT AFTER THE APPLICABLE ONE YEAR PERIOD OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY STATED ABOVE. OMIDAIS, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE ONE YEAR PERIOD OF LIMITED WARRANTY STATED ABOVE.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
USE THE PRODUCT ONLY AS DIRECTED. Follow the instructions included with the sale of the Product. Watch the instructional video on our website which shows the proper installation and use of the Product.
If the Product is not properly installed and used, there is a danger that the Product could obstruct the motorcyclist’s vision, leading to possible accident and injury. Do not bring the Product into close proximity to any flame or heat source.

Any claim, controversy, or dispute arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Product shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The venue for said arbitration shall be in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, U.S.A.
