If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your on-line purchase, you can return the Product to Omidais, LLC for an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
1. The Product must be returned to Omidais, LLC within 7 days of shipment.
2. The Product must be returned in its original condition, unused.
3. The Product must be returned in its original packaging.
4. You must enclose a proof of purchase.
5. You must pay any shipping and handling charges for the return of the Product to Omidais, LLC.
6. You must enclose a note stating whether you desire an exchange or refund, and
providing your full name, telephone number, and mailing/shipping address.
Omidais, LLC charges a $20.00 restocking fee on items returned for a refund. A restocking fee in the amount of $20.00 of the purchase price will be deducted from any refund. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the same form of payment as that which was tendered for the original purchase. If payment was made by check, then the refund check will be issued within 14 business days after we receive the returned Product. If payment was made by credit card, then we will refund the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee to your credit card account within 14 business days after we receive the returned Product. Please allow one full billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
The above-stated policy regarding exchanges and refunds does not apply to a purchase in which you received a Product which was custom-made as ordered.
If, within the limited warranty period, you believe that your Product has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us immediately via the contact form on our website. We must receive notice of a Product defect prior to the expiration of the limited warranty period. After you have contacted us, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number. You are required to pay any shipping and handling charges to send the Product to us for repair or replacement. We require that you send us the item using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number, and which will require a signature upon delivery. To obtain warranty service, we also requirethat you enclose a proof of purchase. Please enclose a note stating the return merchandise authorization number, your name, your telephone number, and a street address where someone will be able to sign for the repaired or replaced product upon delivery. You must insure the shipment, or bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Please send the Product to us in a clean condition. California law requires that products accepted for repair be clean.

Omidais, LLC is not responsible for shipping damage caused by improper packaging of the Product, the repairs such packaging might require, or the cost of such repairs, or the cost of replacing a Product damaged by such packaging.
If, upon receipt of the Product, we determine that the Product is defective, and that the defect is covered under this limited warranty, we will pay for shipping and handling to send you a repaired or replacement Product. If we determine that the Product is not defective, we will return your Product to you C.O.D.
The limited warranty period of any repaired or replacement Product is one year from the date of shipment, or the remainder of the original one year limited warranty period, whichever is greater.
